Unfortunately the latest version of WebView contains bugs and hopefully will be fixed soon by its developer. For now you can roll back to older version of WebView by doing this: Launch Google Play on you device -> Search for "Android System WebViev" -> Click "Uninstall" button (it won't be uninstalled entirely, just rolls back to older version) -> Web to PDF will work correctly again :)
