What We Collect

FungoApp does not operate user accounts, a local contact form, or a newsletter. Our server and advertising providers may process:

• Basic device and browser information needed to deliver the site
• Pages requested, timestamps, security events, and coarse network information in server logs
• IP addresses and identifiers that Google may process for advertising, fraud prevention, consent, and measurement only after advertising is enabled
• Information you choose to send to us by email, handled by your and our email providers

How We Use It

• To operate and improve our website
• To respond to your inquiries
• To analyze site performance

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

FungoApp does not currently run first-party behavioral analytics. After AdSense approval and consent configuration, we may enable Google advertising on selected completed review articles. These services may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers to measure performance, prevent abuse, and serve ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

Consent and Advertising Choices

Before advertising is enabled where consent is required, it must be configured through a Google-certified consent management platform so visitors can accept, reject, or manage their choices before personalized advertising is used. FungoApp does not use app-review topics such as health, finance, dating, children, or gambling to create personalized advertising audiences, and pages that require policy review are excluded from our advertising inventory.

The site code requires two independent production switches before the AdSense script can load: advertising must be enabled and the Google-certified CMP integration must be confirmed as enabled. Both switches are currently off during application review. This technical gate does not replace the consent choices shown by the certified CMP.

Data Retention and Security

Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and legal obligations. Email correspondence is retained while a request is handled and when needed to document corrections or legal notices. We use HTTPS and limit data collection to the services described here.

App Listing Data

App pages may show package names, version information, developer names, screenshots, permissions, update notes, ratings, install counts, and source links that are available in our app metadata. We do not use this listing data to claim that a file is verified, scanned, or safe unless that evidence is explicitly displayed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by contacting us. We will verify and handle a request under applicable law.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
