Did you know? Your pulse is the rate at which your heart beats. Your pulse is usually called your heart rate, which is the number of times your heart beats each minute (bpm). But the rhythm and strength of the heartbeat can also be noted, as well as whether the blood vessel feels hard or soft. Changes in your heart rate or rhythm, a weak pulse, or a hard blood vessel may be caused by heart disease or another problem.

Heart Rate Monitor Plus app helps to measure your heart rate with maximum accuracy with just your finger and the flash of your phone camera.

THE MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Fast and accurate heart rate measurement;
- Save and analyze results on a daily / weekly basis
- Check your heart rate graph in real time

USER GUIDE:
- Hold the tip of your index finger over the back camera lens and flash of your phone;
- Do not press too hard or you will restrict circulation which will result in an inaccurate reading;
- After a second or two, you should see your heart pulse graph. Keep holding your finger until the heart rate graph is full;
- If your fingers are wet or too cold the app will not work.
